A beautiful floating and slowly rotating moon like orb, internally lit!..... totally magical.
Very cool item and fairly easy to set up. The moon doesn't look that great until it's plugged in, then it's really cool. I would recommend reading the instruction first & I'm one of those people that tend not read the instructions. It's not that difficult to find the sweet spot. I was able to do it in 15-20 seconds.The first thing to do is plug it in. One thing I learned in the first few seconds was to hold the moon with your thumbs and a couple of fingers and use your little fingers to press down on the base as you move the moon around the middle to find the sweet spot because until you find the sweet spot, the base & the moon will attract each other. You can then rotate the moon for the speed you want. The hidden switch on one of the base corners controls the light. I checked on the moon after a couple of hours and it was still spinning. Once I unplugged the base, it obviously shut down. The base was just warm, not hot.
